Charlie is the Head of Finance at Proto Innovation bringing over ten years of experience in the fast-paced consulting and marketing industries. A pioneer in his field, dedicated to pursuing new solutions, approaches, and applying intersectional creativity to drive both revenue and margin growth. He is an advocate of designing tools that enable his teams to guide both internal and external stakeholders knowledgeably and effectively. Prior to joining Proto, Charlie was the lead Financial Director across R/GA’s Business Transformation team and several NA offices.
