Innovation strategists work with business leaders to define the role their companies need to play in order to grow. Outputs from the innovation strategy team can include opportunity maps, value propositions, product/service strategy, capability configurations and ecosystem frameworks to help the development of prototypes, pilots and roadmaps. Our strategists work not only on innovation assignments but contribute to corporate strategy and branding projects. 

As a Senior Strategist, you are an important strategic voice on client projects, contributing to work that forecasts shifting category dynamics, profiles new growth audiences, orients the team around consumer needs, prioritizes innovation efforts, and more. Senior Strategists are developing as strategic leaders who strengthen client relationships through their counsel and increasingly take on responsibility for guiding junior team members' contributions to build strong narratives and recommendations.

4-7 years of client-side or consulting experience in product/service development, enterprise innovation, or corporate strategy;
